Dog Flu is a real thing

Canine Influenza (“dog flu”) is spreading.  This relatively new disease is a viral respiratory infection that is causing outbreaks in many states:

It is expected that ALL dogs will be susceptible to this new virus as no dogs have had any previous exposure.  If your dog leads a social lifestyle (ie. if your dog is vaccinated for kennel cough), we STRONGLY recommend the CIV vaccine.

Going Green

Our new dog run is now open for business.  This very high-tech field turf is easier to maintain and much more sanitary than traditional surfaces.   Our resident grass judge (pictured) gave it high marks.  Thanks to Troy, Gene, and Dr. Schnittker for the skilled labor.
